Great location, plenty of room

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of room for extended family. Lots to do and see within walking distance. We had a fantastic family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway

Great spot for a group of couples. Convenient walking distance to Rehoboth attractions. Lots of bathrooms that make vacationing with other adults a more comfortable experience. Hosts were clear with instructions and responsive.

Fantastic Property

Our family had a great time staying at Beachy Keen. The property was up-to-date, had generous accommodations with a bathroom in each room, the kitchen and house in general was well stocked, and it was easy to walk into town. Also very close to a bike/running trail. Would like to stay here again.

Keen on Beachy Keen

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Rehoboth at Beachy Keen. The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect for our family, friends, and our furry pet. The house description on vrbo was accurate which helped us pack and prepare for our trip. Our trip was topped off with gorgeous weather for October!

So many bathrooms!

Everyone having their own bathroom makes a beach house vacation so much more pleasant than it would be if folks have to cram their makeup, toiletries, etc. onto the surfaces of a shared bathroom. Also, the huge, well-equipped kitchen and living room are the perfect setting for making meals and hanging out for relaxed conversations.

Winter escape

We greatly enjoyed our second stay. Place was again extremely clean. Communication was great and extremely responsive. The dog and I greatly enjoyed the morning jogs to the beach despite the frigid temps. Recommend going in the winter and discovered the dog loved lounging in front of the fire as much as my husband and I did.

Perfect!

The property was bright, spacious, very well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We were a group of ten friends celebrating three decades of friendship. We absolutely loved being able to stay together in one unit without feeling like a bunch of college kids. Great location too. We would love to return.

Perfect Beach Getaway Spot

Couldn’t have been more delighted with this house!! It was an easy walk to everything on Rehoboth Avenue and conveniently located in a quiet little complex. The house itself was appointed with everything you could need to live comfortably away from home. Will definitely try to rent this again with a group of friends/family. What a gem!!

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as well as being very quiet in spite of being so close to the road into Rehoboth. The communication and reminders were great. My one minor suggestion is to get a small saucepan or even a tea kettle for us tea lovers!

Perfect!

This was our second time staying here and hopefully not the last! We are a group of college friends and this rental could not be any more perfect for us. We love that there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room where we can all comfortably gather. I have stayed in MANY beach rentals (mostly in NJ) and this is BY FAR the most well-equipped one. The amenities are endless. Most Importantly, the home is impeccably clean. And the location is terrific if you’re okay with walking a bit. Very highly recommend!

Unexpected summer break

My husband, dog and I wanted a close to DC impromptu vacation. This place more than delivered. It was wicked clean. Since Covid I travel with Clorox wipes and not a smidge of dust came up when I went over surfaces. Also, the pictures were accurate and there is more than ample room for a larger family. I experienced the mattress as being on the extra firm side, so recommend bringing a mattress pad or light topper with you if need cushioning to avoid pressure points. The kitchen is fully stocked including kcups. Also the AC is strong and effective. It is within a couple of blocks of restaurants and about 1 mile to the beach. If you travel with a dog and hadn’t really researched, please know that dogs are not allowed on most DE beaches during high season. But Henelopen state park and other state parks allow dogs, as well as Lewes beach before 8 and after 6 during high season. Internet speed was decent so could be an alternate work location for someone. Would totally return. Finally Doug was responsive and clearly communicated.

What a perfect place in a perfect location! My husband and I traveled for my 46th birthday with a group of close friends, and it was ideal for the 8 of us - not only did we each get our own room and bathroom, but the living and dining areas were spacious for gathering, and best of all - we could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk/Rehoboth Ave restaurants/bike trails, which gave us all independence to both come together and do our own things as needed. The communication with Doug was superb, the house instructions were clear, and the place truly had all we needed to be comfortable for a week's stay. I've been coming to Rehoboth for my birthday since my 20s, and this is by far the best value place I've stayed - reasonably priced, convenient to everything, and all the amenities our group could want. Can't wait to hopefully return next summer!
