    Welcome to this adorable, ranch-style, single-family home in Dodds Addition South Rehoboth Beach! Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute bike ride or 20-25 min walk to the beach. But in full disclosure, we had issues with the wifi (the wrong login information was provided), the couch was disappointingly uncomfortable, and the toilet handle in the hallway was broken - not what I expected for what we were paying.

We had a great vacation staying at this beach house. The price was excellent, no extra charges added on, no pet fee and linens are included. Large dogs are welcomed, ours is 65 lbs. The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything for eating in and a grill is available outside. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer plus a clothes line on the front porch. The WiFi and TV worked fine and the house is stocked with a variety of board games. There is a nice fenced in side yard with an outdoor shower that you access by going outside and through a gate off the drive. The screened in porch is wonderful to enjoy the evenings relaxing without getting eaten by bugs. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood which is close to Dewey Beach, Rehobeth Beach, Lewes and the outlet stores. The management was very good with emailing and texting all instructions and checking each day to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. We are looking forward to staying again next year at this wonderful pet friendly beach house!
