Updated and cheery, this 3 BR, 2 BA vacation rental is located "in-town" Rehoboth. You'll be mere steps to delicious "Egg" for breakfast and Dogfish Head for lunch and brews! Cooking in? Grill on the propane grill on the new patio. When not at the beach, boardwalk or fabulous restaurants and boutiques in Rehoboth, you can enjoy a good book, coffee or cocktails in the sunroom or 2nd FL deck. Nothing beats a refreshing outdoor shower after a glorious beach day! The owner graciously offers a few beach chairs and beach umbrellas for guest use as well. Have a cloudy day? Stream the latest series on one of the 4 smart TVs. You could also tool around town on one of the bikes provided by the owner. Another Bonus: a Rehoboth Beach parking permit is also provided. 1 dog under 20 lbs. welcome with minimum $300 fee and signed addendum. No Smoking please.
Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the
Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be
supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25
years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the
Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests
occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy
covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of
$2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that
will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your
initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be
automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like
to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for
details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds
or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as
owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by
VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by
the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have
booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from
the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging
Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage
protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.
Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
