Enjoy this townhouse in the quiet neighborhood of The Keys to Marsh Harbor! Situated just outside of downtown Rehoboth Beach, this unit is close to EVERYTHING!

One Rehoboth Beach parking permit is provided with this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit and is ready to create timeless vacation memories! The first floor features a family room that is open to the kitchen/dining area with a three-season porch for an inviting gathering space. The kitchen has everything you'll need and there's a patio with a gas grill for a BBQ! The second floor features a king bed with a bathroom in the first bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has one double and one twin. There is a driveway and garage for your use, and plenty of available community parking. There is also a community pool, allowing the everyone time to relax in the sun.

The community is conveniently located next to Jungle Jim's waterpark and plenty of dining!
