The staff was rude. They kept closing water slide because they didn’t have a staff member to sit in and watch. The staff that was there were always on phone and not in pool area anyway. It was NY day and water slide was closed. Brutal!

Hotel was what we needed for a stay with our three kids. The suite with kitchen was great to have to be able to cook some meals and store leftovers to save some cash. Pool was also good for the kids. Just don’t expect luxury. The hotel looks like it’s getting tired. The space is still pretty clean and well put together but repeated repairs are starting to show. A solid 7/10.

Nice and clean, easy check in. Unfortunately it’s hockey season and the pool was overrun with 11 year old boys and my 4&5 year olds couldn’t enjoy the pool facility.

The pool area was the best part! The swirling pool area, hot tub and water slide was the main attraction. The facility proved to be very nice and a great moring breakfast. Thank you

Convenient for Rider game
My hubby and I were in the city for the football game. Upon arriving we noticed that it was a pay parking lot so i paid at the kiosk in the lot. We went in the hotel a few hours early as we checked in on their own app. The room wasn't ready as the previous people checked out at noon. I had told her that I paid for parking and gave her my plate number. She said that I didn't have to pay, as I was staying at the hotel. We came back from lunch and noticed other people checking in earlier than usual and I asked about the room. It was ready, just would have been nice to have been told that when we came back. We went to the football game and checked out the next morning. I noticed that I was emailed a receipt for parking. Free parking would be nice as it adds up especially when I'm paying over $200/night.

Rooms were nice and well equipped with full kitchen and very nice bathroom, however internet did not work and was not fixed. It worked for an hour one evening - very inconvenient and nobody could help.

Things to know before you book. - It’s an older Hotel- and the “fixes” done over the years are pretty sketchy. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall, drawers falling off the hinges, and just not the best. - It’s in a dodgy area. - the online pictures of the property are misleading. The photos make you believe it’s a newer property when it’s actually and older building that needs a lot of love. - A positive: the breakfast is good!
