BED BUGS. No Quality in this place. Came in at 1am after a long travel day, checked into room 205 and placed luggage beside bed and sat down for 10 minutes. Within that time we had several bed bugs crawl onto us and our luggage. Immediately called the front desk and checked out. All the support they gave was a refund, we had to throw away all our belongings to ensure we did not bring these things home. A mananger was supposed to get ahold of us and nobody has been answering calls or trying to make things better
Very clean, friendly , and helpful staff.
Quiet clientele so stay was enjoyable.

The surrounding area is not safe. A lot of homelessness. However the staff is excellent. I wish the room was a bit more on the cleaner side and more up to date. Please take out carpet. We also booked for the breakfast and then found out days before there would be none. Staff gave us free parking because of that. But really shouldn’t pay for parking anyways cause it’s not safe.

I requested a cot for my clients room a couple weeks before the reservation and they didn’t have one for them when we arrived. My room didn’t have coffee cups so I couldn’t make myself a tea. I used a water cup but the clear cups wouldn’t work with the machine until I stuffed things under the cup to block the sensor. There is also two shampoos in the shower instead of one shampoo and one conditioner
If you want to be greeted by drunk homeless people wandering around with their pants down , DO NOT stay here. We didnt check in and they wouldnt refund due to policy.
DO NOT use expedia! I booked a 3 star hotel with good reviews. Clicked the confirmation link, and the reviews were terrible . Confronted expedia, and they removed that link and refused to refund.

Hotel was just okay, the room was clean. It’s very old with minimal accommodations. The surrounding area and location didn’t feel super safe. We ended up moving for the last two nights of our stay. Staff was friendly, just pretty old.

Loved the staff, but the area felt pretty sketchy and the room needed some repair. That said, the price was very good for the suite we got.

Great location for the Cornwall shopping centre, other shopping malls are around 5km/10km away. Excellent Chinese and Indian restaurants just around the corner, the best I’ve tasted whilst living In canada

Dont book if you only have a debit/visa , booked with mine through expedia, went to check in and they couldnt let me stay because i dont have a credit card, and lost my booking money cause of it, so be careful and read the fine print! not the staffs fault at all! But pretty inconvenient

Thank you for the feedback. Most hotels now do require a valid credit card for check in. Payment can be anything at check out time.
Conviniently located in downtown and few restaurant options for lunch / dinner. The hotel also has hot breakfast in the mornings.
The only thing missing was bottled water and on an extremely cold night, there was no way to get it from anywhere. The front desk helped out with water from the cafe.

I am sorry you felt your experience with us was horrible. I looked at the stay information and you did not check in to the hotel. We have credit card policies as most hotels in Regina do.
We checked in and the room we were assigned to was not cleaned from the last guests. The bed was not made and there was a half empty cup of wine on the counter. Very unimpressed. The hotel was very run down and old looking. Would never stay here again.
