Comfortable, Spacious & Great Location
Nice place to stay and great location. Some confusion on directions to get in and park. Had difficulty with controlling heat. A few added small things i.e. salt & pepper, water bottles or beverages in fridge would have be nice to have. Some noise above us in early hours but all in all a nice place. Definitely would go back.

Great apartment layout but rugs in both bedrooms are filthy as are bath mats in bathrooms . Lock box had no cover and no map about location of parking spot was supplied online. Difficult to find the right space. If these things were fixed then it would be a great rental

Beautiful condo! Low on hospitality!
We headed out Regina to enjoy the Labour Day classic with friends and this condo was in a perfect location and a great price! Less than 200 per couple for two nights! The condo was easy to find, just off the #1. 10 min. drive to the stadium. It was clean and modern. Close to grocery stores and Tim Hortons. There were however a couple of issues. There is only one parking stall even though its says on the listing that there is one outside and one inside. There were no condiments supplied like coffee, tea, sugar or salt and pepper. It would have been difficult to prepare a dinner there and have to buy all of those little things. Blackout curtains are needed in the bedrooms. Livingroom couch was not comfortable. Lovely balcony but no furniture to sit on outside. The one thing that really diasppointed us was there was no toilet paper!! I contacted the host who asked me if I had checked everywhere which I had and told her so. Then I got ghosted. I was expecting TP to show up the next day but none arrived in the days following which I thought was kind of rude. The pool and hottub are in another building across the parking lot so we didnt use it. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a beautiful place but if some of these items were added I would give it 5 stars!

The property was ad advertised. Check in was easy and was allowed to check in early. Living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped. If ever back in Canada and Regina would stay here again.

All you could ask for re kitchen supplies, TV, Wahing room 2 bathrooms with access to pool, spa and games room. BBQ pit to top things off. Only constructive critique would be furniture is too low for us older ones. Cheers.

A trip back home
Overall the place was great. My husband and I plus my mother all have mobility issues so the couch was not very usable for us. We had one issue but reached out to Tanya and she was great with communication and resolution. Overall we had a great time and experience.

Tranquil Modern Apartment
The property has an upscale modern feel in a tranquil urban setting. Man-made waterways are inhabited by geese, pelicans and even a resident beaver. A stroll through the neighborhood on the pathways is very serene although it is close to town, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Underground parking is an added bonus.

Minor things missing
Nice condo except for a few missing things: no hand towels or face cloths, only small drinking glasses, only a couple of regular spoons, no filters for coffee pot, cobweb on kitchen table light fixture. Pool, beds, variety of pots and pans, dishes, serving utensils, chairs, underground parking were great. Couch hard to get out of and no buzzer to let guests into building were also minor inconveniences. Overall a pretty good experience for our first Vrbo stay. Will try others in the future.

We were unable to get to Regina due to a snow storm. I know I was not able to get my rental fee back because of the rules, but I thought at least I could get the cleaning fee back since you don’t have to clean the place. What a disappointment that the property manager did not respond.

Quiet, clean, and close to all needs
We stayed for 3 nights and was a pleasant experience! Unit is close to all major shopping needs (average 5 minute drive). Easy to access, and had underground parking! Bonus!

Easy place to stay
We have stayed in several apartments in this complex rented by the same owner. This unit was the nicest (corner unit, a bit bigger and brighter living space) but had loud upstairs neighbours. Would still stay again, but if quiet is important to you, one of the other units would be better.

The space was very nice. Originally there were supposed to be two couples and there was only one. Communication with the the manager was non existent. I reached out twice and no response whatsoever. It was confusing about the parking. I gather from the map inside that there are two spaces, one was being used. It made me nervous that there was only one set of keys and we would have needed tow sets for sure if there would have been tow couples. All of the windows really needed to be cleaned. A lot of cobwebs. It was a very nice kitchen and bed was comfortable.

Nice condo in a lovely neighbourhood.
The condo was nice, clean, and as pictured. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby (in walking distance). The neighbourhood was quiet. Something to keep in mind if you’re staying during the warm months is that there is AC in the common area, but not the bedrooms. The couch was a little uncomfortable, and some of the frying pans could use replacing, but otherwise we had a great stay and would stay here again.

There was no garbage bags or shampoo in the suite We came 30 min earlier than check in and I received a text message from the property manager that they want to put some toilet paper in the suite and why we got 30 min earlier Then no reply when I asked for extra garbage bag!!!

We all thought the condo was beautiful, the only suggestion would be to mention in the add that the pool is in a separate building. Also the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable as you sit very low to the floor. This made it difficult for middle age and senior people to get out of. The host was very responsive. We have already recommended to our younger families.

The unit was perfect in every way. I rented this for my husband and his business partner for a 3 day trip to Regina. The unit had all of the linens, kitchen supplies and tv/cable/wifi worked excellent! The unit was in a great location with easy access to our needs. If they have another business trip to Regina I will certainly try to rent this unit again!

Ten minutes from everything
While I am not generally a person that would stay out at the edge of town on the edge of a shopping mall, the place worked out well. As someone from Regina, pointed out, everything in Regina is ten minutes from everything else. The space was clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing. And everything you could possible need from groceries to gas is within a few blocks.

We had a great time in Regina at the condo. We rented 2 condos from Tanya and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our family friends. The pool in the complex was great for the kids, the condo is located within walking distance to all amenities and was all around a fantastic stay. Thanks to Tanya as well for quick and clear communication.

Gorgeous property with everything you need for either a weekend or extended stay. Very clean and quiet. PROS - proximity to amenities - cleanliness - very well appointed and spacious - quiet location - A/C cooled the main living space CONS - no A/C in the bedrooms meant they were quite warm at night - keys were a little tricky to use, especially for the main door - card for the clubhouse was not working. Notified owner and issue was unfortunately not resolved during our stay Aside from the lack of access to the clubhouse (which was one of the reasons we booked here so the boys could access the hot tub after a long day of hockey). we would definitely stay here again. The process was seamless, the condo had everything to make it feel like home, and the kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The ability to make healthy meals vs staying at a hotel and eating out makes this an easy choice for athletes or families looking for more options during these weekends away.

Excellent place
Rented this space as we were in the city for medical test for my elderly Grandmother. Close to the general hospital which was perfect. Full kitchen made meals a breeze, since unable to venture out due to covid. The parking underground was fantastic with the -50 weather we had!! Sounds like we will be back in the city in the near future and hope to continue to use this space!
