Fantastic service and character

This was a lovely and charming property. The manager was one of the friendliest and most helpful people of the whole trip. She made all the extra effort to make us feel welcome and supported while we visited. The room itself was tasteful and had a beautiful terrace space.

Charming b&b near the museum

This small b&b has fancifully decorated rooms. Ours had a comfortable couch and a charming balcony. The owner is very nice; for example, she loaned us plates and a knife so that we could have an alfresco supper on the balcony. This place is walking distance uphill from the museum with the famous bronzes, and there are nice restraunts nearby. The central train station is more distant, a half hour walk or a short bus or cab ride. This place is very clean. I dropped a glass and so had occasion to rub a section of the floor with a wet tissue to get the last small bits of glass. The tissue didn't turn even pale grey. We were very comfortable here and would stay again if we were back in the area.
