Great hotel

This was a stop over for us on a European trip. The hotel is nice and new, tastefully decorated. Dog friendly which was important to us. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Underground parking is very convenient. Price was very reasonable too.

It is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay if you are on the go. The property is well kept, the rooms are comfortable. They offer a breakfast buffet. It is far from the historical center, but reachable by bus (about 25 minutes).

Plaza Inn Regensburg

Checked in and was told the carpark was an additional €10. Nowhere during booking did it say parking had a cost. Not a great start. Also due to poor instructions from the staff, we parked in the wrong place and ended up going into a private block of flats - the garage is underground and is HUGE, and not very well signposted. However, after saying this, the room itself, and the staff themselves, were fantastic! I would very much recommend staying here. It's basically a stopover hotel when driving through Germany, literally a minute or two away from the 3 autobahn. This was very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was powerful, the breakfast was great, and just the attitudes of certain staff members were superb, making our stay really good. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here - and now I know about the car parking, it won't cause an issue again, and this was a minor thing overall.

The room size and layout was great, but the room was not very clean and the area around the hotel was abandoned and very far from the city. There was no recycling and no laundry service at the hotel.

The area is convenient being 8 minutes away from lounges etc. by car but, it’s difficult if you don’t have ride from property to get around

Worst case, untrained personal. Housekeeping smoked in our room. We found cigarettes on the floor. Manager for regulation not available. This hotel is the worst caes. I will never take a Plaza inn. Unbelievable If this is the standard from Expedia I will not booking any more from Experte.

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die sehr geräumig war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Tolles Badezimmer mit japanischer Toilette. Zimmer war auch sehr ruhig durch Schallisolierung. Leider befindet sich das Hotel in einer schrecklichen Gegend. Hinter dem Hotel sind Sozislwohnungen in denen Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind. Wirklich schade für das ansonsten tolle Hotel.

Hotel-Empfehlung für Regensburg, jederzeit wieder

Sehr gut zu erreichendes Hotel mit kostenlosten Parkplätzen in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Mit Bar und Restaurant (wurde aber nicht von uns benutzt). Zimmer sehr gut, top Betten. Leider Geruch aus dem Bad, den wir aber wegen 2 Nächten nicht beanstandet haben. Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder zurück.

Parken ist katastrophe. Man findet garnichts mehr nach 16 Uhr. Und wann verlangen sie noch Gebühren. Die Umgebung ist ein Brennpunkt. Überall liegt Müll, die großen Mülltonnen stehen tagelang überfüllt an der Straße. Die Dame (mit Blonden Haaren ) ziemlich arrogant und frech. Lässt auch nicht ausreden und schiebt immer die Schuld auf andere! Die verlangen 15€ fürs Frühstück. Absolute überbewertet. Gehen Sie dort nicht frühstücken und achten Sie auf die Rechnung. Die sind nähmlich nicht in der Lage sauber Rechnung auszustellen

Das Update auf Superior Room kam sehr entgegen. Es könnte jedoch an einzelnen Stellen sauberer sein, Kekse unter dem Bett, Flecken an einigen Stellen an den Wänden. Bad ist sauber und frisch renoviert gewesen. Ruhige Lage und im Zimmer keine Geräusche von Nachbarn. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat es gereicht.

Die Unterkunft ist teils schon in die Jahre gekommen... Der Check In war wunderbar....eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin hat mich sehr nett in Empfang genommen ...Das Frühstück war gut, nur die Kaffeeautomaten würden ein Abwischen zwischendurch bestimmt Mal vertragen! Ohne Auto ist die Umgebung trostlos...gegenüber eine Spielothek und ein schon vor Jahren geschlossenes Möbelgeschäft.... Obwohl es keine direkte Straße vor der Tür gibt war in der Nacht und am Tage vor dem Hotel immer etwas los....
