Clean and spacious accommodation. One-time items such as toothbrush looked a little not eco-friendly. Other than that, very satisfied overall with friendly staff, good breakfast with generous space, and clean rooms.

Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station. Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day. The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

The check in took too long, there was no staff at the reception. We waited 10min till a girl from the bar to look and called the receptionist's mobile to find her,The line was built up until she finally came back. The room was wonderful, clean, quite and comfortable. But the body lotion bottle was empty,so it's a bit annoying.

The rooms were nice, parking was convenient. I left a piece of clothing in the room and when I called the hotel many times, they said they didn't find it. I told 100% it was left behind the bathroom door, but they say they didn't find it. Not true because I noticed it when we got to other hotel. They told me they don't take responsibility for any items left behind.

Nice hotel, inviting lobby. Very close to the historic sites. The room was nice, with a good bed and mattresses. A bathroom is on the tiny side, but good for a short stay. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was really good, it had several options and there were plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well. It was clean, but they only came after three days of our stay, they were helpful and nice. The location is a little bit far from the important places but it’s still manageable.
