I booked Hotel Jakob because of its proximity to Regenburg Aldstadt centre. The hotel receptionist kindly dispelled any fears of a parking issue by allocating an open garage parking space (€17.00/n). Sadly, the hotel did not have evening meals, but there were plentiful restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Near central location meant everywhere was within reasonable level walking distance. All hotel staff were most courteous and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this historic and beautiful city, and the hotel location would be ideal for a return visit.👏👏👏

Excellent option if you are staying in Regensburg for business or leisure. Rooms are ample and comfortable. Also very clean with a great shower. They are removed from the street and that makes them quiet too The location is perfect. Close to everything, and close to transit (buses). They offer a buffet breakfast with hit options. The service is cordial and efficient. Good value for the money.

Clean room but very small, no chairs to sit on just a stool. There was also a lack of lighting. The inability to leave power on in the room when you are out to charge electronics was a negative and the shower was difficult to manipulate so it was tall enough to get under and yet not spray out of the shower area. Breakfast was a plus, hot and cold options all being filled regularly.

Fint hotell precis i Altstadt.
