"The room was very spacious and comfortable. We appreciate that the windows did open and supply fresh. air. There is a lovely outdoor seating area on the third floor, plus a game-room with espresso machine, hot water, large TV, etc. on the 2nd floor. The lobby is cute as shown in the site photograph. Coffee shops, cafes, downtown, sites, etc. are all within a very close walk of this hotel. I went out every morning to try new coffee shops and cafes. The hotel offered great value for the price and I would stay there again. Evenings were a little loud outside, but we were able to get good night's sleep each night of our 3-night stay, after the neighborhood quieted down. The hotel requires guests to keep quiet after 10PM. That worked well for us. "

"It’s a nice hotel and a great location. The staff was super nice and friendly especially Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and were comfortable. I did not like the prices for parking and that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. For those reasons I will not be staying again. "

"Whole building reeks of cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the window rail in my room. After 15 minutes in my room I had a sore throat, then left and found another hotel. "

"We asked for a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub with seat. The soaps were behind the person sitting in the shower. The bed was too low and the toilet was also too low. At least there was a bar next to the toilet to aid in getting up. It was a nice room except for ADA issues that we had."
