"The property was adorable and just as described. In a great spot in proximity to the ferry and downtown Red Hook. Coincidentally we had the entire place to ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful- the outside restroom was actually pretty fun/funny. The honor bar was awesome and stocked and loved the added touches of the music tablet at the bar! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare...

"Inaccurate listing. Said fully air conditioned. It wasn't. Owner constantly tried to get my credit card info outside of VRBO platform underthreat of enormous fees if I didn't. 200 for leaving a dirty towel. 500 for not taking garbage bag to the dumpster, etc. Do not rent from this person"
