This condo was perfect for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were great. Excellent location to beach and pool. Caribbean fish market is delicious! Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here in family vacation. The condo was super comfortable for 6 people, the staff was super friendly and the amenities were great. We will definitely be back!
Perfect location for a family getaway. Nice and safe area to Red Hook and St John Ferry. The property is just as pictured, very big rooms and shared space.
The property was well-maintained, and a perfect location to the pool and beach. The pool and beach area are clean and well cared for. The manager John was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect to take the ferry to St. John’s, go out to dinner in Redhook, and only about 15 minutes away from swimming with dolphins. Overall a great vacation, great location.
Our family of four stayed at this condo for a week at the end of June, beginning of July. It was the perfect spot for us. The unit was nice and clean. Ideal location close to Red Hook and a short walk to the pool/hot tub. Communication with John was always quick and easy. We rented his vehicle for the week, which worked out really well. Would absolutely recommend this rental and would definitely consider staying here again.
We were 6 adults and 2 kids, and were very comfortable. The pool is only about 50 feet away, and the beach just beyond the pool! There’s a fine dining restaurant adjacent to the pool (Caribbean Fish Market), and a beach side cafe that serves breakfast and lunch, as well as pizza from 6-8 PM. It was a lovely, laid back visit!
We had a wonderful stay in John’s condo in Cowpet Bay. The location was perfect for our family with plenty of space for privacy. We could easily walk to the pool and the beach as well as a couple of restaurants. John was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The condo was clean and plenty of towels were provided. We took the ferry to St. John several times which was easy. We loved our vacation! I highly recommend staying here!!
This unit is the first unit in the building and on the ground floor. That makes it perfect for walking out to the pool or beach with a walk of literally 2 minutes. In addition: 1) All the appliances worked, 2) plenty of towels were provided, 3) onsite manager was very responsive to our needs, 4) A/C worked well. What more could you ask for a beach vacation?
This condo was amazing! First, the location is so convenient. Located right by the pool and the on-site restaurant. The beach wasn’t too far beyond that! We spent several days at the condo just enjoying all the amenities available. The pictures of the condo depict exactly what the condo looks like. The inside is decorated nicely, and the layout provides privacy as well as nice common areas for the family to hang out together. The balcony was large enough for our big group to spend evenings hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!!
Great space for our family of five adults. It was clean, plenty of room. Generator back up-several power outages but none lasted over two minutes-did not affect our stay. Pool is close and great and has lots of shade. Entertainment on the weekend by the pool was fun! Two restaurants close by. Beach is rocky, but no beach is that far away so wasn’t an issue for us-we just traveled to sapphire and Magens. Snorkeling was decent off the beach. Great communication from owner. We’d stay here again with a large group!
We had a wonderful stay in John’s condo in Cowpet Bay. The location was perfect for our family including a toddler under age 2. We could easily walk to the beautiful beach and the pool as well as a couple of restaurants.
John was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We rented his SUV for our large group which worked out great. John made the process very easy for us.
The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. We took the ferry to St. John which was an easy and fun day trip. We loved our vacation! I highly recommend staying here!!
Beautiful location. The condo had everything we needed. However, it is not handicap friendly from the parking to the house. If you have limited mobility it might be ok. Not wheelchair friendly. The booking doesn’t ever say wheelchair accessible. But the listing says no steps to the beach and pool. And there is just one step. We brought my 85 y/o mother. She had a great time. But, getting to and from the car was difficult. Otherwise we had a wonderful, relaxing visit! I highly recommend this booking.
The location was perfect for us. Great proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The condo was just okay. The building is older. Which is no fault of the owners. Beds are so-so. Mainly because our party hates memory foam mattresses. Fixtures. Switches. Appliances were all very dated but hey at least they worked. I guess I wasnt gravely disappointed nor impressed. I would likely search for a different home if we visit again to a place that meets more of our preferences. Note: toilet water is smelly and if the hot water disappears check the breaker.

Stay in Red Hook
The property is well-located. Upon arrival we noted; several lights required bulb replacement (we accomplished), cleaning (several items, mostly lamps, were encrusted with dust, the refrigerator's water filter needed to be replaced,the bathroom exhaust fans didn't work among other things and there was no parking pass. We called the owner's contact, who informed me she was on her way to dinner but would send the cleaning crew and drop off the parking pass. The condo is older(40 years) as are many of the furnishings and almost all of the appliances are pretty basic.The furniture is mostly uncomfortable, but serviceable (the beds are low to the ground on slats with no box springs). Flush handles on the commodes were loose in two of the bathrooms which we fixed via hand tightening and a bathroom sink was slow to drain which was fixed by using a provided plunger. Also, while close to the pool and beach and easy to access, getting from parking to the unit requires several steps, up and down, which are difficult for anyone who has mobility limitations. Finally, there were no clear instructions on how to operate anything or owner's manual provided which describes the complex or area, which is the case in other stays we have experienced. So, we spent time figuring stuff out. In summary, the grounds, pool and beach are lovely and well-maintained, but this unit was not worth the price based on other Caribbean VRBO stays we have experienced.
Condos are a little older but in a nice area close to Red Hook.. Whole condo was spacious :three bedroom with 3 private bathrooms was a great feature. It was no step walking getting to pool and beach, but walking to the condo was a lot of stairs. Landscaping was well maintained in most areas. Pool area /hot tub area was very nice, for some reason though water level was down about a foot on the saturday we left. From our porch we saw where pool was , but could not see pool or the beach.. Kitchen very equipped with everything we needed for our group.
