"The room looked clean but we saw some ants and a spider in the room. The staff was great and worked on our issue. The place is a bit dated and the wifi was just okay. It was convenient to the 101, groceries and restaurants. It is on the river but no real views."

"Parking was fine. Ants in bathroom. Had a loud punk concert in conference center going late into night (at least to midnight) that we were not advised of prior to check in. They ran out of towels and so we could not get the 3 we needed. The remote for TV did not work, we asked about it and they thought batteries were working fine, they were not. *First room had a broken door latch and chirping smoke alarm, they did move us to a room that did not have these issues right away."

"My room was very clean and had all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located on Route 101. That being said, it was very loud at night due to traffic. Despite that, I slept well because of the very comfortable bed. Overall, a good stay."
