"Hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean. We never made it to breakfast, but they did offer free breakfast! Good location right off the highway. There's a mall, gas station, a Starbucks, etc. all nearby within 5 to 15 minutes"

Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. "Arrived after a long day to be greeted by an annoyed and rude front desk employee who practically just tossed the keys at us and told us to sign. “Your room is somewhere down there” and walked away. Entered the room and immediately noticed it was not well cleaned and had moths in the room. The bathroom floor was filthy, the shower was dripping. We tried to ignore as much as we could and got some sleep. The only bright side was a kind breakfast attendant who helped my daughter and checked in on us. The pool area had not been cleaned. There were food wrappers and boxes and napkins sopping wet from what must have been a group the night before. We have stayed at many Hilton properties and will never again stay at a Spark."
