"Clean room A/c worked funny so we slept kinda uncomfortable. Was put in a room closest to a non working elevator so we had to walk completely across the floor to get to our room. Asked for a room on the ground floor instead was told it would be a $30 up charge which made no sense. They also had no wash clothes when i checked in nor the next day before i checked out. In a good location suitable for a one night stay and thats it"

"Several years ago, we had occasion to be in NC and stayed at The Drury; found it to be one of the BEST hotels' we've ever stayed at and have returned several times' since. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The building and grounds are clean, and aesthetically pleasant. The hotel itself (Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte University Place)is conveniently located with access to most needs. The breakfast is exceptional with pleasant, helpful staff and the added benefit of a meal with drinks makes Drury a "return to" place without a doubt! Thank you to each of the staff!"
