Retreat
Great quiet place to stay when the husband and I decided to get away. The hot tub was perfect to have mornings and night. They allow pets in certain rentals, and this made the getaway so much easier! We will definitely be doing this again.

Mother’s Day Getaway
This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The house was clean and great for us ladies. We had to reach out to the Host and she quickly responded and helped us out. The Hot Tub was fantastic!! We appreciated the extra bedding and fans for those of us who like white noise.

Nice little place
We had a great stay here. Tge house was clean and roomy enough. The hot tub and bbqer were a great addition. The beds were decent and the kitchen equipment was plentiful. The pillows although older are very soft. It would be nice if there had been extra towels or larger towels for the hot tub. The couch is very old and greatly uncomfortable. You sit so low the frame pushes against your legs and my back hurts from it. Otherwuse we enjoyed our stay and i would stay again. Tgere are several remotes which is confusing but when i called about remote not working, a broken can opener, and hot tub needing to be treated i received a rapose and assistance immediately. Communication with the local team was great.

Nice getaway
House was as pictured, very clean and in a good location. We enjoyed time on the deck and in the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked - only thing we were missing was a waffle maker.

Nice quiet house
The house is comfortable and has a simple floor plan that worked for us. We had a nice relaxing weekend there. My husband said he’d come back and golf.

Fun birthday getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for his birthday. We loved the cabin feel, high ceilings, fireplace and especially the hot tub! The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. We will definitely be returning!

Nice cabin, not quite as private as the pictures lead you to believe. The mattresses that were used (queen and 1 twin) were horrible, broken coils, no padding or support. Otherwise was pleasant.

Perfect!!
Quiet, clean, comfortable and great location. We were able to get to Sisters and Smith Rock within 20 minutes of our location. The responsiveness of the manager when we wanted to add another day to our stay was wonderful. Clear instructions for arrival, check in and out. Loved our stay.

Just what we needed
We arrived for a wedding in Redmond. The house was comfortable and clean. Close to our wedding venue was great and it gave us a chance to golf at Eagle Ridge while we waited for the afternoon ceremonies. Perfect weekend and a get away that we needed and enjoyed.

The neighborhood was really nice, very quiet.
It was a nice unit. My only complaint was that the heating and air conditioning unit had quit what it looked like quite a while ago. So in Redmond 95 -100 degrees that week. No A/C. It was very uncomfortable due to it being too hot in the unit.

A time of relaxation.

No AC
It was an extremely hot week and the chalet did not have AC. The location was not great, very little privacy. It was not as clean as it should have been. Pet hair all over the couch and floor. We had to have the cleaners come back. I would not rent this chalet again.

Nothing like it's picture. closely placed neighbors..busy street..no view whatsover unless you like the neighbors dog poop on my front yard. No air conditioning..I would not have chose this property had I known. 87 degs on arrival. Should an that was a good 25 yearhave been cross ventilated before my arrival. Trash area over flowing..I found a receipt from Fred Meyer from Feb 2022 so not like anyone had stayed there for a while. Hot tub was teriffic. kitxhen and bedrooms great. Showr hed bad..Other than trat was a good 25yr anniversary getaway

Good Floor Plan
This small house feels roomy thanks to a well-thought out floor plan. Two couples or a family could enjoy both privacy and inviting community spaces. The home is in a planned golf resort community, and is very close to neighbors. Ours were pretty quiet; in the next street over it looked like there was a days-long party in progress, so you take that risk. There is an issue with the A/C, which seemed to be "Is there one?" Central Oregon routinely gets 100+ degree days in the summer and the house was 90 degrees inside when we arrived (100+ in Redmond). There was a sign on the wall instructing how to use the A/C, and without it the property stayed HOT until after midnight. The property manager insisted that there is no A/C in the home because it wasn't explicitly listed (frankly, it never occurred to us that a home of this vintage in a resort community in that climate would not have it). Fortunately the temperatures cooled so getting to the bottom of the issue became moot BUT if you are there during one of the hot spells the property may be unbearable hot for at least par of the day.

Great place close to town!
My wife and I stayed here while I was working at the Central Oregon Sportsman Show. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back in the future. Very cute, clean, well-appointed place in a great neighborhood full of activities. The hot tub was an excellence spot to relax on chilly evenings.

Would be a great experience if a little more repairs done and updated furniture. Twin beds really wiggly and not really ideal. Couch frayed and worn, tiles in kitchen coming up, knob on stove missing. Did enjoy it being well stocked with dishes,utensils, and supplies! Thank you!

My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at out rental house. Beautiful grounds. Saw lot of deer and heard very happy birds. Only complaints was out rental house was hot and the beds were uncomfortable.

Sunriver Stay
For the cost of this unit it could use some serious upgrades including the shower head in the master bath, size and quality of the beds in the downstairs bathroom. The back door does not lock without sticking a piece of wood behind the door. The dishwasher is extremely loud when we ran it during the evening. Overall we had a fun trip because of the company, not the poor quality of the rental. I would not recommend this unit until the necessary upgrades, general service items have been taken care of. There are too many other options at Eagle Crest that exceed this unit in overall quality.

Wonderful break from reality
The house was very clean. We loved the layout. There were a couple of tiny annoyance issues- the CD player seemed to be stuck closed, but we worked around that. The hot tub was fabulous. I would totally rent this house again.
