-DON'T flush anything other than toilet paper (£200 charge to clear blockage) -Swimming Lake open daily 10am-8pm 1st April-30th September.

-Children must not be left unattended by the lake. -Children must not be left unattended by the Sauna. -No alcohol to be consumed in/around pool.

-All dogs MUST be kept on a lead in the lake garden and MUSTN'T enter the water. -Only burn materials provided in the Sauna stove.
