A cozy little Bird themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq ft Nest/Getaway.
This sweet Nest is loaded with Ammenities, and close to restaurants, and so many Fun Activities, to include lakes, hikes, Turtle Bay, Caves, Waterfalls, Parks, Churches, and so much more.
Many varieties of birds come to perch on the branches, and feast at the bird feeders just outside the kitchen nook window. A sure Bird lovers Delight.
Relish in an occasional backyard sunset from the back Patio or Spa, or unwind at the 27” Fire Pit, as you share stories, and enjoy a glass of sweet tea or wine.

We came into town from the coast for our annual family waterpark weekend trip. The place was wonderfully laid out with all the ammentities. It was perfect for our large group. Hope we get the chance to stay here again!

This house was incredibly awesome! The beds were firm and there was plenty of room to spread out. It’s located in a great neighborhood and the backyard is so peaceful. Our family of five would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and homey

This place is so comfortable and homey. We only stayed one night and we wish we had more time as the home is beautifully decorated, the hot tub awesome and we were able to relax and enjoy each others company.

Beautiful place

If I ever come back to Redding, I would most definitely stay here again! This home is beautiful, peaceful, and centrally located to get around very easily! I enjoyed sitting in the morning and watching the birds & squirrels! Thank you again for being so kind and welcoming

I think this one has been my favorite place we have stayed! It was so clean and inviting, clearly organized with the most fun theme. The only downside was we hated to only be there for one day. Excellent, I highly recommend it

Clean and Homey

The house was exactly as described. The owner was extremely communicative and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We found this to be one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. We appreciated all the extra touches like popcorn, bottled water and candies to greet us. The location was convenient to everything and the hot tub was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Loved the many bird feeders and ability to watch the birds. We did not have the pleasure of really enjoying the amenities such as the hot tub or fire pit but if given the chance will stay again!

Thoughtful details throughout

We stayed just one night, after a long day at the water park. It was the perfect spot to come home and relax after a full day in the sun. Everything we needed or could have possibly forgotten was already thought of and readily available for us. The property was so clean and well thought out. Plenty of space for the whole family and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy and Well Appointed

The property was exactly as advertised - well, actually, it was nicer than we expected (the listing photos are modest, compared to how clean and homey it is when you actually walk in the door). There were quite a few bonus touches as well - some microwave popcorn, little Qtips packets (we forgot ours!), and more! The management was very responsive to our couple of simple inquiries. We'd stay here again any time!
