Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞

This is terrible! These are not premium suites… this is neglected, dirty, filthy apartment.
