"The hotel had pieces of wood propped into the window tracks on our room and many others to keep the window closed. There also was a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway to our room. My daughter and I didnt feel safe so we left and found another room in town."

"Good heating and cooling. Room was clean, staff nice. Shower didn’t work by pushing the button as posted. Need more hot water heaters. Overall nice hotel"

"The suite was very expansive--a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with kitchenette and sitting room. "

"The room is dimly lit. Wwhen your eyesight isn’t great low lighting is hard to see in. Hard to see in the bathroom or in the entryway. Consider using brighter bulbs. "

"You can walk to Mayo with out going outside. There is also a convenient store on the Subway level a few step from the elevater that has snacks, cold beverages and fresh popcorn. Walk a little farther and you can get Starbucks coffee. You can also get some Italian food from the best Italian restaurant in Rochester from Victoria's! Once again you don't have to go outside or drive to get there, just a short walk through the subway level."

"Well maintained hotel. Quiet night's sleep even next to the highway and a railroad. The pool was surprisingly warm and very clean. The hot tub was very toasty. Good value. Would definitely stay here again."
