"Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher...

"The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many activities and restaurants. The staff very respectful and responsive to any needs and questions. "

La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!"

Special thanks to Jouana for her help in organizing everything and her support during our stay, the general attitude of all the staff were incredible the only concern is that it’s a bit far from lively area (Marina and Downtown)"
