I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Absolutely—I’d add that as a positive because being less crowded can make the stay more relaxing: “Overall, the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas was very clean and well maintained. I also liked that it wasn’t nearly as busy or crowded as many of the hotels on the Strip, which made the atmosphere feel more relaxed and less hectic. My biggest concern was the very strong pest-control/chemical smell throughout the hotel. It was noticeable enough that it affected the comfort of our stay. I appreciate that pest control is necessary, but the odor was overwhelming at times. Aside from that, the cleanliness and quieter atmosphere were definite positives.”
