"When we arrived the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, cushions had marks all over them, there was food under one of the beds and there was only 1 towel when there were 5 of us booked in, not enough crockery and cutlery for 5 and nothing to use for cleaning used items. When speaking to the staff we were instantly supplied with towels and food from under the bed was removed. They promised to vacuum the room, but never did. They informed me that they had a carpet cleaner coming in the day after we were to leave. The carpet was covered in marks, some looking very suspicious. The room in general was run down, towel rails had not been replaced, power switches had been pulled out of wall and not fixed. The bedding was clean and had obviously been replaced and maintained. The rest of the property looked run down and not maintained. "

"Great layout of rooms and good space to move around in. Good desk space for computers and working. Buffet dinner is tasty and changes every night. Staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Nice to have on site free laundry service. Highly recommend."
