"The staff was accommodating with my late flight. The room was clean and the ac was on helping to not make the room stuffy. They were helpful with setting up shuttle to the airport for the morning."

"Fire alarms went off about 7:40 am. Not a single hotel employee told people to get out, nor did anyone inform people what was going on. Everyone went outside standing there not knowing what in the heck is going on. I went and found a staff member (kitchen worker) she had no idea what was going on. People saw a firetruck go to the other side of the hotel and assumed they were leaving. So everyone went back inside the hotel without any knowledge of the problem. I went looking for a staff member again couldn’t find anyone. Had to go ask the firefighters if it was okay to which I was told it wasn’t a fire, rather a broken water line that was flooding the building. I understand this was a freak accident however NOT INFORMING YOUR GUEST OR MAKING SURE THEY GOT OUT OF THE BUILDING IS SIMPLY BULL CRAP. they clearly had ZERO training in the event of a Fire alarm going off. The safety of others was NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL. I will not stay here again, and want refunded for our stay. Major safety issues and violations."

"Next visit, we will probably just stay at a Holiday Inn. We stayed here after recommendations from family. . It was beautiful! The valet, bell service and front desk staff were amazing. . And that’s unfortunately kinda where it ended. We arrived with a stroller and two small children. . And our room was inaccessible with the stroller as we had to go down stairs to get there. It was very very very far from the seat which just kinda felt inconsiderate but we ignored it. Upon getting to the room, the street noise was unbearable and so loud at all hours of the day AND night. Again, something we ignored because the hotel cannot control that. Some things in our room were definitely dated but it was clean. The bedding was ripped once we got into bed . . Not a huge deal but worth noting. We could hear every word and conversation in the room next to us and everything in the hall. It almost sounded amplified even. The real issue arose when our toddler said she was playing with ants on the bathroom floor. . And sure enough. . She was. Multiple ants. When we pay $375 for two nights at a hotel, I don’t expect ants. The young lady at the desk with the long curly dark hair was AMAZING. She got us upgraded to a different room . . But that meant moving all of our things and kids. Once in the new room, it was wonderful. The walls are still seemingly paper thin and it was the loudest hotel we’ve ever been in. The young ladies at the coffee counter were very unfriendly. Very underwhelming"

"Hotel is super clean and super nice but checking in the Staff is not very friendly but they’re not mean they’re just not invested in their customers. They hand you the key and tell you where to go and that was it. No friendly welcome. If you are on the main floor, which is level four, you can hear everything so it’s loud at night cause the bar is on the floor. But the hotel is beautiful and amazing. I would stay there again, but be level 5 or 6"

"From the moment I entered the property the staff was absolutely pleasant. They were helpful in answering questions. My room was always fresh and I never had a bad thing to say. We will recommend to our friends and family. This will be my place of choice when in Salt Lake City."
