"The staff was very friendly and helpful! The transportation team they set up to pick us up from the airport was amazing. Thomas had the answers to everything and made the whole process smooth. Overall, the room was nice and clean exactly like the photos. It could use a little paint touch-up here and there, but nothing major. I was also able to peek into the room next door, and all the units looked lovely! We will definitely be back. 😊 If you want, I can also make a shorter version (more like a quick Google review) or a slightly more luxury style review that sounds great for travel sites. Pool and gym is nice "

"The staff make this hotel. They are wonderful, polite, engaging and charming. Nothing is too much effort. The beach is stunning and empty and without any hawkers which makes it totally safe to leave your bag by your lounger whilst you swim etc. "

"We stayed for 5 weeks and really enjoyed the area The hotel was a little dated but was very clean , the staff were all great Marsha was helpful in pointing out great restaurants and local establishments Ramona and Veronic and Josephine worked very hard in the bar restaurant area the pool was well taken care of. Our balcony views were of the beautiful water. "

"Room was delayed for daily cleaning, consistently had to asked for clean towels ( room cleaned but not enough bath towels left for number of guests. Bathroom does not have a door so it soak the floor when you shower. Entertainment ( actual person singing / music noise level right above the rooms Room was attached to an adjoining room and you can hear all your neighbours conversations clearly. Dont expect to sleep in as the doors / walls are not soundproof. "

"The host was an excellent and frequent communicator. He was responsive to all requests and was always available with a short turn around on responses. There were no surprises. Especially love the explicit directions to the house. The pool area is as advertised, and it was the focal point of our vacation. We also enjoyed card games in the wonderfully air conditioned living room."
