"Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. This hotel is VERY dated. The bathroom was disgusting. Most of the staff treated us as though we were an inconvenience. Especially in the restaurant. The food was decent. The beach is non existent with a view of a gas station for boats. No explanation for restaurant hours. Would not recommend this property. "

"Great experience at Fourteen at Mullet Bay! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great spot for a memorable meal with amazing views. Highly recommend!"

"The room is not maintained. It needs painting the air conditioning vents are very dirty and the toilet was constantly running water, a waste very unsustainable. The staff is not educated or well trained. The parking are itself is well laid out and surfaced by to enter from the road its a steep drop off, very dangerous for vehicles. The phones and TV in the entire property does not work, very poor in this modern day. "

"The staff make this hotel. They are wonderful, polite, engaging and charming. Nothing is too much effort. The beach is stunning and empty and without any hawkers which makes it totally safe to leave your bag by your lounger whilst you swim etc. "

"We stayed for 5 weeks and really enjoyed the area The hotel was a little dated but was very clean , the staff were all great Marsha was helpful in pointing out great restaurants and local establishments Ramona and Veronic and Josephine worked very hard in the bar restaurant area the pool was well taken care of. Our balcony views were of the beautiful water. "

"The host was an excellent and frequent communicator. He was responsive to all requests and was always available with a short turn around on responses. There were no surprises. Especially love the explicit directions to the house. The pool area is as advertised, and it was the focal point of our vacation. We also enjoyed card games in the wonderfully air conditioned living room."
