"The room was clean but with the sofa seemed a bit smaller. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. Small with little space for my toiletries. Plus the makeup mirror was so high on the mirror my husband could hardly see in it The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good"

"The room was pleasant and clean. We had clean towels every day. There was a good choice of food at breakfast with tea or coffee brought to the table. The hotel staff everywhere were always friendly and greeted us cheerfully. The hotel was in a brilliant location with the arena, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. It was only another 10 minute walk to Juliet"s house and a little further to the Duomo. Everywhere was easy to get to."

"Truly Verona staff were friendly & very helpful. Staff fixed apt concerns, in addition, ordered us a Taxi for departure. Apt needed a few things for use of kitchen. Apt was exactly as photo on internet, comfortable. Only issue was floor was very dirty. Would use again."
