Quando fui da primeira vez na pousada era tudo novinho e conservado, limpeza excepcional já desta vez deixou um pouco a desejar na limpeza e troca de toalha tivemos q solicitar. Em relação ao conforto das camas não estão boas precisaria melhorar. E café da manhã ok

Péssima experiência

Escolhi essa pousada por aceitar pets. Ao chegar para o check-in, informei que a reserva tinha sito feita pela Hotels.com e no preço total, incluía tudo, inclusive taxas adicionais, porém fui informado pela recepcionista que teria que pagar uma taxa adicional pela estadia dos pets. Mostrei a reserva no e-mail, porém não tive sucesso, solicitei a presença do gerente, o mesmo foi extremamente grosseiro (Não era brasileiro, pois falava portunhol), que disse as seguintes palavras: Ou paga ou não entra, se achar que está certo, fale com o site que fez a reserva, e resolva com eles, mas aqui só se hospeda se pagar, que era de R$ 300,00 por ser 2 pets, mas que ele deixaria por R$ 200,00. Como já era quase 15:30 h do dia 19.02.23, não tive escolha, paguei, e solicitei um comprovante, para apresentar a Hotels.com, em busca de uma compensação. Além desse problema, o café da manhã é sofrível, poucos colaboradores para atender, faltava pratos, xicaras, talheres, e tínhamos que esperar para serem lavados, o espaço para o café é insuficiente para atender a demanda, os hospedes ficavam em pé, esperando um lugar. O isolamento acústico dos quartos não existe, e o barulho nos corredores era imenso, sem nenhum de intervenção dos funcionários. Para completar presencie o tal gerente, tratando uma funcionária com extrema grosseria, aos gritos, ao ponto de perguntar na recepção se o dono da pousada se encontrava, onde fui informado que o dono não era de Porto de Galinhas.
