Incrível!

O hotel é ótimo, chega a ser um resort (não por tamanho) mas por qualidade e atendimento. Comidas variadas, piscinas diversas, próximo às piscinas naturais. Atendimento sempre solícito e cordial. Cama confortável! Qualidade das toalhas muito boa. Foi uma ótima experiência de férias. O meu marido fez aniversário e levaram a ele um bolinho com vela, foi mto bacana! Recomendo muito! Já havíamos estado em outros resorts e este hotel All Inclusive não deixou em nada a desejar.

Foi melhor do que a expectativa! Comida muito boa, bebidas sem miséria (praticamente infinita), boa limpeza e alimentação com várias opções. Resort por não ser tão grande, fica mais aconchegante, principalmente para encontro de famílias e de amigos.

Quando chegamos tivemos problema com o quarto, pois reservamos c 2 camas de casal, e so tinha 1, ai mudaram a gente p outro quarto q tbm nao estava de acordo, foi passado p gerente e a mesma viu nossa cara de insatisfeita e colocou outra cama. O lugar é maravilhoso, comida toda hora, bebidas, tudo do bom e do melhor, atendimento, limpeza. Ameiiii Um ponto negativo é com redação aos fumantes, que nao tem o lugar certo p eles, se tem eles nao usam, teria que ter mais placas com proibido fumar, muito ruim esta tomando um sol na beira da piscina e sentir cheiro de cigarro. Mas tirando isso é perfeito, o show a noite tbm.

sobre minha estadia, normal dentro dos padroes, fique no apartamento 402 o era bom porem presisa com urgencia fazer a troca do colchão,velho com mau uso cheio de ondulaçoes dava pra senti as molas. afeto ate os rins de tanto que machuco as costa a lomba entao nem se fala. precisa de manutençaõ na porta,ficava batendo com o vento,as 2 cadeiras do quarto o assento precisa de reparos. o lugar e bom mas precisa de cuidados maoires mas atençao.a estadia la e caro por isso tem que cuida melhor.

Hotel maravilhoso, com uma grande variedade de comidas e bebidas de boa qualidade! Funcionários muito simpaticos todos bem treinados ....menos um rapaz que ajudou no quiosque da piscina nos dias 14 e 15 de setembro um de cor mais branca ele tira sarro com os hospedes tentando ridiculatizar .Mais ja ee a segunda vez que estive nesse hotel e pela 2° vez recebi um upgrade de quarto !!!! Amo ❤️

Precisa melhorar o atendimento...

Decepção: Essa foi a 2a vez que estive nesse hotel com minha família, e quase se tornou uma péssima experiência. Acho que devem ter trocado a gerência, pois na 1a vez não tivemos problema nenhum. A manutenção das acomodações estão muito ruins. Chegamos no quarto e encontramos teia de aranha, poeira. Além disso, na madrugada precisamos trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado não funcionava. Porém, a troca do quarto foi só como "apoio" naquele dia, depois nos mandaram p o mesmo quarto com problema, até aparecer um que fosse bom, e isso só foi acontecer às 18 horas, pois a desculpa deles é que o hotel estava com lotação máxima, mas não foi bem isso que observamos. Na verdade o hotel estava até vazio p o período. Quando escolhemos um hotel ou resort all inclusive, a gente espera não só comida e bebida de qualidade, mas também desfrutar de um bom quarto, de um bom atendimento, sendo que os funcionários da recepção não são nada simpáticos. Além disso, não respeitaram nem o horário do silêncio, pois às 07 horas da manhã já estavam com barulho de maquita na recepção. Queria está postando uma avaliação boa, que apesar de todo o transtorno, o hotel é bonito, por isso retornamos...

Gostei bastante do Hotel. Pontos positivos: Comida saborosa, bem temperada e com bastante opções. Petiscos gostosos na área da piscina. Bastante variedade de bebidas disponíveis 24h por dia. Praia linda na frente. Entretanto o mar é agitado, inclusive com bandeira vermelha. Se andar mais um pouco para a esquerda, formam piscinas naturais durante a maré baixa. Lindíssimo. Pontos negativos: A TV do nosso quarto só pegava 3 canais, nenhum infantil. Avisei a recepção mas não resolveram. O telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. As piscinas ficavam muito sujas, acho que deveriam limpar melhor e todos os dias. Faltou mais opção de carne vermelha grelhada, sem molho nas refeições. Criança geralmente não gosta muito de carne com molho. Mas no geral a estadia foi super agradável. Com certeza voltaria.
