Upper floor: hall, 03 rooms, two suites with balcony. Lower Floor: L-shaped terrace, living room, kitchen, wc, 02 rooms and 01 suite with balcony and full service area.
The property is equipped with stove, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, water cooler, electric sandwich maker, portable barbecue, blender, pans (pressure, and others) and all other kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and cups.
NO LINEN, TABLE AND BATH.
It is a beautiful, calm beach, great for swimming and fishing.
It is 2.5 km from the city center, where we have bakeries, grocery stores, open market, pharmacy, post office, etc.
Energy is charged on the outside.
No pets and smoking.
