I didn’t like the conflict info given when it came to her staff preparing my birthday dinner and the chef. One day I was told one thing and the next I was told another even after coming to an agreement over the phone that her staff will prepare the meal. The meal was delicious and was presented well. "Rented for 2 nights and I get a call that my personal things are still there while I was at a funeral. Had to quickly find “proof” that I had indeed rented it for 2 nights. Codes for locks to doors were never sent and I spent about 1/2 hour outside with the security trying to straighten out. "
