"The Windows home is as magically beautiful as the photos. The open staircase design gives awesome views up 4 levels to the bedrooms all with large windows. The tall tree forests had changed to beautiful fall colors . It’s a real home with upscale kitchen, stocked cabinets, high brand equipment, comfortable seating in a spacious great room w/ entertainment system, magnificent beds (the master with private balcony), a deep jacuzzi, washer/dryer, and the entire house was “white glove” clean. The outside area w/hot tub was next to a natural flowing stream fed by a lake up in the high mountains. A rare ambiance with the constant stream running by the front of the house then further down the sloping backside.The location’s off a main highway up a short private drive with a few residential homes hidden by tree groves throughout the alcove. We marveled at the huge mountain view from the master bedroom windows. This was our first visit to Utah and felt like “camping in nature” inside a many windowed luxury home with scenic views from the great room up short stair sections to the top level’s treehouse perspective. Another bonus was the short trail walk from the house to the famous Sundance Mountain Ski Resort. The ski village has fine dining to deli, a gift shop and a mile long lift ride over the mountain ski runs before the snow. Host David, even met us on arrival to instruct us in managing the enhanced heating system! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sundance at this very comfortable house. It has great spaces where our family could gather and we did a lot of cooking on the grill and the well-equipped kitchen. We balanced relaxing at the house with all the close by activities available, hiking, zip lining and mountain top yoga! The setting is so beautiful. If you are looking for a fun and peaceful vacation this is it."

"This house was seriously amazing — even better than the photos. The view alone was worth it, but the whole place just had such a warm, peaceful vibe. The natural light pours in and makes everything feel bright and cozy. The kitchen was super open and easy to cook in, with modern appliances and everything we needed. We spent tons of time around the dining table and relaxing on the couches. The piano was a sweet little surprise. Loved sitting in the swinging chairs on the front patio and taking in the mountain air and quiet. Both decks were awesome, and the hot tub at night under the stars was next level. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Sundance Resort — we rode the lift up the mountain, grabbed nachos at Bearclaw Cabin, and had a really nice dinner at the Foundry Grill. Such a fun mix of casual and fancy. Pamela was a great host — super responsive and helpful with local tips. We had the best time and would come back in a heartbeat. This place is a total gem."

"This little end unit cabin with the jacuzzi is the best and the fireplace was the frosting on the cake. Clean, organized and well stocked. Yes.. these units are slightly older, but they are well maintained and it adds to the charm imo. We will be back! "
