Sundance Mountain Resort

"Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us too was also a bit bigger and had beautiful views. Shout out to Tosh (or maybe Tash, unsure of spelling?) for helping us out that first night. Really made us feel cared for and appreciated given we were in town for a wedding and checked in during a rainy evening. Thanks so much! "

"We had a lovely time with our family. The cabin had room for all of us and the gathering areas gave us a place for kids and adults. Being right on the river and in the mountains was so relaxing. We would stay here again and highly recommend the property."

"The house itself was absolutely gorgeous as was the area where it is situated. One of the reasons that I settled on this property, aside from the size and location was because of the huge hot tub that I knew my family would love. I had inquired a couple of times before our arrival to ensure that the water was hot when we arrived, but on May 22nd when we did arrive, I was confronted with a huge mess of rubble close to where the hot tub room was situated. I called and was informed that the tub was broken and in-work, but we could access a much smaller hot tub in the small house next door, which would only hold 2 or 3 people at best. They had texted me that day but I hadn’t seen it as I was enroute to the house.The house was not as clean as I would expect. There were stains in the carpets on the stairs and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen chairs. The glass globes on all the lights needed a good cleaning, as some even had multiple dead insects inside. All the windows also could have used a cleaning. Many areas needed a good dusting, and the cute metal rack over the kitchen stove was covered in grease and dust. One of the outside grills was too covered in burned leftovers to be used. The kid’s playhouse was too dirty for them to use. Several areas in the house had burned out light bulbs including some bathrooms, so doors could not be shut. TV in the master bedroom had no remote. For the price, I expected a much cleaner place."

"Absolutely beautiful setting. The cabin is cozy and extremely clean and modern. The best part is that it’s on the peaceful creek and we sat out there for hours. It’s a tranquil respite, but is only a few miles from Provo (15 min down the mountain). Def get your groceries before going up to make life easier. We shopped at Harmons. We drove down a few minutes to Sundance Resort , such a wonderful little place. You can have food there and take the lift up to walk around and see views. The cabin has everything you need for cooking a meal, and a collection of DVDs, which my teens thought was so cool (old tech lol). The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spotless. They have a hot tub which we didn’t have time to use but looked nice. There are two grassy areas to enjoy or play some spike ball. Overall, we had an easy stay and a relaxing time. Would love to come back one day!"

"Loved the hot tub and the property was clean. The lock was unfortunately broken for our first night but they were responsive about getting that fixed for our second night. FYI the upper levels are tricky! Our dog 100% could not get up there so plan accordingly. The beds are great up there but would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The creek running through the property was incredible and a fabulous bonus. "

The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the cabin itself was so cozy, peaceful, and inviting. It was the ideal place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Every detail made it feel warm and comfortable, and it was exactly the getaway I needed. I already can’t wait to come back."

"The Cabin and it's surroundings were absolutely stunning. The Cabin was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck, Soaking in the beautiful view of the small stream below, relishing the peace and tranquility of the setting. The Hosts were fantastic and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!"
