9.4/10 Exceptional! (27 reviews)
First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge then on to another elevator. The food was good with lots of items. But on the last day……. A roach was viewed on one of the buffet tables. This residence is not as advertised. The rooms feel very dreary and slightly dated. Keeping the corridors hot without air should not even be an option.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
"The second room was not ready when we arrived, and it was located too far away. The breakfast chicken was far too dry, and there was a blockage in the shower room causing stagnant water to pool on the floor. As compensation for these issues, we requested a late checkout at 2:00 PM. However, this ..."
