"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"Check in did take quite a bit of time at least 30 minutes or more, but once we got to the rooms, they were very clean. Had everything that you needed and more staff was super helpful very friendly and try to help you with anything you needed. They went above and beyond. My son lost his 360 camera at the hotel we were at BKK airport when they found it they contacted us and they sent one of their workers in a taxi to the airport 55 minutes away N turned it into us like I said above and beyond I would 200% recommend this hotel for single person, couples, and family with children. Pools are amazing adult pools and kid pools very clean and they have everything you need. They have Cart pick up. At your room for people who need a ride back-and-forth they have a freeshuttle to 3 different beaches. Food and room service. It’s excellent and prices are very friendly. We stayed there 5 days and I had 5 days of excellent service and I was 200% satisfied. If I ever went back to Phuket, I would definitely stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to anybody and everybody."
"Incredible hotel. Incredible staff. The only down side was when lounging by the pool they would not allow outside food or drink, including water. I thought it was a bit naughty of the hotel to hold you ransom to buying their overpriced water, especially in 36c heat."
"Hotel and staff were great. Food available in Bistro was excellent. Fantastic location for travelling about and seeing different areas. Loved the pool - which was absolutely stunning - but the Bean Bags were not so easy for more mature guests…."
"There was no option for a floating breakfast or breakfast in the room. I also thought that there were limited options for room service (i.e food was served in Tupperwares)"
"Pros: great location, lovely pools, grounds like a small oasis . Room big - dated but clean . Nice size balcony. Nice atmosphere , friendly staff . Laundry on site which is a godsend - the lady in there is amazing . Clean towels and bedding in the room daily.
Cons : As lovely as the grounds are the pool area could do with a jet wash (pool cleaned often I must add) The loungers, umbrellas , patio need attention . There seems to be one maintenance guy doing all and I don’t think there’s enough hours in the day to do all .
Breakfast - just weird . Staff in there try but cups, Cuttlery , butter etc run out often . Breakfast is like a full Asian meal but you can get an egg/omelette. Again the floor and windows in the breakfast room could do with a good wash .
Expedia needs to update the details of the hotel - there is no roof terrace or bar , the beach across the road is not for sunbathing - it’s where the long tail boats moar (still beautiful) There is no winery attached to the hotel for wine tasting ?? Strange thing to put as wine is very expensive there - 30% import tax.
We were a family of 13 - even though there’s not a lot of loungers etc it’s no problem , people come and go , including us, throughout the day to go on trips - it literally is a hotel to meet !
The nearest beach with loungers etc is Nai harn beach - 200bht in a grab , which has beach bars (very nice it is too)
Despite the few negatives , we would definetly stay at this hotel again . Its value for money"
"Quiet, beachy vibe, staff was lovely, food was good, pool was nice, locals can pay a daily rate to visit but that was fun because my kids made friends. Bed set up was perfect for a family with 2-3 kids, everyone had their own bed. A solid hour from the airport but not inaccessible, 40 min into ChillVa market. Night life wasn’t for us so not an issue. Overall lovely stay, only slight downside was mosquitoes in the shower area which is open air. A fan would have been nice to keep them at bay while using the bathroom area, but we didn’t have any issues otherwise. "
