Just a text away .Answers back quickly. The back porch was the best. You sit in a rocker and look out onto a little pond with a beautiful fountain. Watch the squirrels play in the morning and listened to the frogs at night. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors friendly. Great restaurants...

"I think the pictures of this property don’t do the house justice. We would happy return here as a family based off of our experience. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bert’s and the beach. The rental services left a crib for us in the covered sun room. Property was clean and had many features not even shown in pictures. A true 10/10 for us."

"The beach is a very short walk, or drive, away, and the marsh view is terrific. There are several good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the Botany Bay Preserve and the Edisto Beach State Park. The condo is well equipped. Washing and drying our sheets went quickly and smoothly on our departure morning. It helped that we brought our own towels."

"This house was everything that we wanted and more. The house was so clean and spacious! The decks overlooking the lake were amazing places to sit and relax. You couldn’t even tell that it was in the middle of town. The only thing to be aware of is parking. This house sleeps quite a few people and there are only 2 assigned parking spaces. There are 2 guest spaces but those were usually taken. My advice would be to try and travel together in as few vehicles as possible. Other than parking, this...

"It was great but the “house” was not entirely what we expected. It was a duplex in a neighborhood with many, many more duplexes but that being said, it was quiet and close to downtown. We really enjoyed our visit to Charleston. The property was clean and well kept. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room but we weren’t really there to hang out too much at the property. For the price and location, it was a great place. We enjoyed ourselves."
