"Stunning views, very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Light and airy feel. Great game selection. Comfortable. Cozy. Works well for kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to cook. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. For young kids, note that the room with two beds in it has a loft with a railing. The only real downside to the place was that the curtains are all meant to keep the place full of light. They do a great job of that and illuminate the light while providing privacy. It is very bright inside the house. That is fantastic during the day. It’s not so great for sleep, though, unless you prefer to wake up at dawn every day. "

"Super cute historic house with lots of Eastern shore personality. Great amenities, lovely sitting area on front porch. Very peaceful. Only 1 bathroom on 2nd floor, no problem for us, potential guests with mobility issues should be aware. Definitely would return. "

"We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday - the house was amazing! Kitchen was well-stocked with serving dishes, pans etc. for entertaining a crowd. Loved the fireplace and the game room downstairs! Coastal vacations was great as wel!. They responded quickly to one issue we had and were super friendly! A pleasure to deal with. So glad this house was pet friendly - thank you! Only suggestions for improvement: ice machine/water dispenser on fridge does not work- not a big deal for us but would have appreciated some plastic ice trays. Second oven doesn’t work either- wasn’t counting on it so not a problem but might be for someoneLastly the full mattress on the 3rd floor bunk bed was pretty awful. Lumpy and bed creaked. Other beds were great! Overall great place! Would love to visit in the summer!! "

"Peaceful cove location, elevator and roomy unit were ideal for a restful week. Could be improved: king bed mattress (hard as a rock, woke up with sore backs every morning); kitchen fruit fly invasion (we battled them all week with our own saucer-vinegar traps); no instructions for door lock that would not lock from the inside/no deadbolt (called prop. mgmt to help secure on our arrival); electric receptacles in master bathroom went out 2 days before our departure (we alerted prop. mgt.); larger crab trap(s) needed--no way to catch anything with the miniscule traps provided."

"Beautiful home with all the amenties. We utilized the boat dock, hot tub, kayaks, and game room. Fully equipt large kitchen. Had an amazing time. Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge was a quick 20 min drive. Bonus- Our dogs enjoyed being able to be a part of the vaction!"

"We booked this property for the 2025 Pony Swim. All 7 of us had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. This seems like a newer property and was lacking a few things based on other reviews so we came prepared. Overall we found plenty of supplies to get us by throughout the week. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide ample peace and quiet but still close enough that we made it back to the island every morning. "
