"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful at the front desk and the cleaning staff quick one second walk to the boardwalk very close to good places to eat the pool area was very clean and well taken care of the hook up bar that's at the pool the service was very good the food and the drinks were amazing the staff was awesome this is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again"

"This is our 2nd year a girls week we come here with a smile and leave with a smile plan on going back next year we had a lot of fun made new friends everything is in walking distance but you really don't have to go anywhere Plim Plaza has it all the place has been there for a very long time I remember it as a kid from the big front porch 68 😊 now don't expect nothing fancy but they have a friendly staff so don't get upset about anything they will do there best to help you the rooms are old but ours was clean they ran out of towels but we had a few of our own for the 4 of us no big deal"

"Staying in a "floating" bungalow was unique. Warning to those with mobility issues: it is not very easy to get up and onto the porch. It was quite a long walk on narrow, floating piers to get to the bungalow we were staying in, then it's a large step up from the floating pier onto the porch, especially during low tide. Maybe those folks that take the reservations should ask customers if they have mobility issues before making the reservation."

"This was a great place to stay! I loved having a balcony that looks over the bay and enjoyed the pool area. The staff was friendly and although my room wasn't ready by check-in time, they found me a comparable room that turned out to be better than my original one promised. I understood the reasoning behind not being ready, as we showed up on Labor Day and they'd had a fully booked weekend. The elevator worked great and was a huge plus for me as I have knee trouble. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"
