"This hotel is not in good condition, it smells when you walk in, the carpet smells bad and is in horrible condition. Breakfast is a joke, don't waste your time stopping to get it you will be very disappointed. Not worst the money spend for this hotel. If you don't return the remote to the TV you will be charged a $20.00 fee."

"This was a beautiful property however could have been a little more clean. There were a few misses like no fire starter, wood logs, coffee pods (It was already mentioned but its good to have) overall it was a great stay! Chelsea was accommodative and prompt to answer questions."

"The Knotty Pines Lodge was an excellent place for my family and I to stay while visiting Beavers Bend State Park and the surrounding areas. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was great and the amenities at the house kept the whole family entertained. I would highly recommend this property!"

"We had a good overall stay at this cabin in Broken Bow. The location was great—peaceful and private, while still close to local attractions.The cabin itself was well set up and comfortable. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything functioned as expected. The hosts also made the process smooth from check-in to check-out.A couple of minor things to note: the pollen during our stay was pretty heavy, which made it harder to fully enjoy the outdoor areas—but that’s obviously not something the hosts can control. Inside, the floors didn’t appear dirty at first glance, but walking barefoot you could tell they could’ve used a more thorough cleaning.None of these issues were dealbreakers, just small areas for improvement. Overall, it was still a solid stay and a nice place to unwind."
