Largely made up of foreign young people who are eager to learn the hospitality business and please rhe guests, the staff make the experience of being at rhe Omni a pleasant and rewarding time to remember. As someone who grew up abroad, my wife and I appreciated the many nationalities and, yes, the consistent high quality of the staff. Wonderful to see a US corporation helping develop young people from the US and other countries."

"Wow! This property is older, but sooooo well maintained. Cleanliness was on point everywhere! Every employee I saw was friendly and cleaning something... The pool area was actively maintained and immaculate! Breakfast was set with pride and while it was just a regular assortment, it was a step above because of the obvious care. As I ate breakfast, I took note of the desk clerk cleaning the desk, the walls, the pencils cup.... It was pride of place! Well done to this properties team!"

"The lazy Creek cozy couples cabin was immaculate. They provide everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. From seeing the stars from the hot tub at night and even enjoying the front porch rockers while the rain and lightning lit up the mountain sky, it was just what we needed to unwind. If you are looking to escape for a while this is the perfect place!"

"What a lovely stay! Upon arrival and check-in, I mentioned it was our anniversary trip. She moved us to a lovely balcony room with a beautiful mountain view and gave us a breakfast voucher. Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed. I hope we can return again when fall is in full bloom!"
