He didn’t try to sell any additional services or tours etc. but was available anytime we needed assistance - even arranging Tuk Tuk journeys when we were elsewhere to come and pick us up and not be scammed by some others that were waiting to take advantage. "Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. That said, it was still nice and the breakfast was a treat. Great location for exploring as you can walk anywhere you need to with the Fort."

"The place has potential but its a bit worn out. No amenities at all, the room is functional but pretty basic. The view and location is really good tho. The hotel doesnt serve any food nor tea/coffee so we used to go to the next door hotel and eat there. U need to go up stairs to go to the rooms"
