Set in the southwest of Istria's peninsular and just 4km from the beach, this villa built in 2020 appreciates sea views from every aspect. A modern and calming palette of pastel colours has been used throughout whilst two floors of living space see all rooms flow effortlessly.

Be as relaxed or active here as you like, as the villa provides for both with entertainment facilities on site such as a pool table, table tennis, and a gym. Water sports activities are just 3.5km away such as kayaks, pedal boats, and stand-up paddle boarding plus many restaurants serve fresh fish caught on the day.

For relaxation-seekers, the bubbling hot tub will soothe those busy limbs and plush box-sprung beds will ensure a good night's sleep. The private pool has a shallow children's section. At twilight, what better way to unwind than to view the sea from the balconies whilst sipping a glass of local wine? This villa provides a nice base for families or small groups.
