"Property is always a delight to return to but coming in with a late flight we booked and paid for two rooms but only one booking came up at reception. This was disappointing being tired from our travels from Aus,nz the Raro in 24 hours we wanted to rest. Took over a hour to sort our 2nd room besides that we were happy once settled in "
