"I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated like an unwanted house guest. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome multiple times by the two owners. Also, the villa was not clean (mould in kitchen draws and on utensils, dead insects on bed frame, dirty floor). To top it off, we were disturbed at 7pm the night before checkout, to be told that we had to pay a cleaning fee."

"We had a fantastic stay, we were here for 7 nights they catered to all our needs, even did a special happy honeymoon sign for us in our room. The van driver gave us great tips. "

"Staff was great and super friendly. Daily breakfast was also great. We used the free self laundry during our stay and they had a drying rack in the room to dry your clothes 😀 We stayed in a villa with a private pool. The room was very big. AC was cold! There are quite a few reefs which we enjoyed snorkeling around. We walked to Edgewater and had a bite to eat and walked to the Rarotonga Brewery for a drink. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel, room or staff but also not particularly inspiring. Spaghetti House was good for supper. Only stayed one night whilst travelling back to the UK. Much better places on Rarotonga if you’re staying longer."

"Room.was dated; noisy could hear all the activity at the bar including the blender late at night. Staff was wonderful, great location. The room was grossly overpriced for what you get for nearly $400/nt."
