"The property is very remote, secluded and quiet. It is a pet friendly property that our dog very much enjoyed. For hikers this is a great location. We were very unlucky with the weather, so no fire pit or BBQing due to torrential rain (no one can control that). Amenities are solid. It is glamping. There is a gas station approx. 10 minutes away that serves some solid breakfast…Portsmouth is about 45 minutes away for some dinner options."

"This newly renovated property that offers clean rooms a quiet, convenient location with plenty of free parking. The indoor pool is turely unique in its friendly atmosphere complete with greenery. The resturant is one of the better one's in Portsmouth but don't expect ethnic or specialty food. Breakfast is not included but the prices are reasonable a the food uniformly good. The bed was quite comfortable but the bath extremely small- really the toilet looked like it belonged in an old RV! The staff was competent and attentive and although we asked for maid service for our two night stay, only the towels were changed out - bed not made nor was thr garbage taken out. In all the hotel is much better than in most small towns but some of the small details could use some attention."

"This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also rust. The staff were very friendly. However one of the staff was feeding a baby in a high chair in the middle of the lobby. Maybe the staff live there? Overall the property was only 5 minutes from Hospice of Hope, which is where I was visiting my mom. The location was convenient to that, but local amenities were scarce. 25 minutes to a grocery store and 35 minutes to Hillsboro where there are a few more restaurants."

"We recently stayed in this camper and were impressed with the property. There is a beautiful lake across the way, kayaks for use and a hot tub! The camper and property were exceptionally clean upon arrival, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and care by the host.It was well-equipped, providing every essential item one could reasonably need for a comfortable stay.From kitchen utensils and appliances to linens, toiletries, and recreational amenities, the camper left nothing to be desired.I would highly recommend this listing to others seeking a reliable and fully appointed camper accommodation by a lake! Thank you for an outstanding property! We will be back when our pup is better!"

"We have stayed in two different cabins hosted by Frank. Both were a great experience. The most recent one we stayed in had a hot tub added recently. It was fantastic. Frank provides all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay including an endless supply of firewood. I would highly recommend this cabin."

"The hosts were so accommodating and friendly! They got us a new propane tank and even gave us cheese because we forgot ours! They were extremely responsive whenever we needed anything as well. The house was cozy, clean and just beautiful. I truly can’t wait to come back! My daughter caught so many fish in their pond and we loved loved going on walks in their woods and on the trails. Such a beautiful property!"
