- This centrally located home is close to everything the Black Hills area has to offer: Business, pleasure, entertainment, sports, fairs, conventions, rodeos, auctions, car and motorcycle shows and events. Working away from your home - Set up your office to keep up with your professional responsibilities.
Where is it: Near the Central States Fairgrounds, Rushmore Plaza Civic Center, and the Rapid City Regional Airport are nearby.
You will be within walking distance of the 8.2 mile Leonard Swanson Memorial Bicycle Pathway, as well as a pizza/pub, casino, grocery store, hardware store, convenience store, repair shop, and doggie day care.
Whether you're riding a bicycle, horse, motorcycle or classic car we have what you're looking for and much more. Plenty of parking both paved (large lot) and unpaved (2 acre grass lot) for vehicles, trailers, or an RV.
