    The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator within a residential complex with tennis court and green area. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a living room furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a television, access to a small balcony, and an independent kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and juicer. An archway leads to the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closets, and a balcony.
