"The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure the house was open, prepared and clean for our arrival. The air conditioning and lights were on and very welcoming on a hot July day. We found everything in great condition just as expected. There was plenty of room for our family and grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool, gas grill and blackstone in the backyard which is where we spent the majority of our time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, providing restful nights. *You will have to bring your own playpen etc for infants and small children and there is no child gates for the stairs. We have stayed in homes in many different states but this has been our best experience with host and home! Highly recommend. "

"Absolutely LOVED our stay. Great private location, amazing amenities. Had many useful items from pots and pans to first aid kit and bug repellent. Very detailed directions to how to get to the location and was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The only one thing I would like to recommend is curtains or blinds for the side windows as well but it's remote enough to not actually matter. I wanted a quiet retreat with nothing but nature around and that's exactly what I got. AC was great as well and we were there for a triple digit stay."
